Promotion

Thur I applied at the womens prison and was pretty happy about that, until I was out on the beach at kopachuck, and my boss calls me. I guess I impressed Dave on conference call and he thinks I'm ready to take Dan's position when he leaves the 5th. So they made me assistant store manager. I'm in charge of updates and such. I have one week to train, and they didnt schedule me during the time we run the updates, so I have no idea how I'm going to learn. THis should be intereing. I'll have to be up wed thur at 530 am to be at work by 7. Yuck. But I'll be getting off earlier and I will have sat off, which will be nice. I think my schedule will be sun 8-4, mon off, tue 1-11, 7-5 wed, 7-5 thur, 8-6 fri off sat. It will blow to have my days off so far apart, but I can totally take off sunday after work and do something, same wtih fri. Ill have to wait and see if thats reallly how my schedule will run. By mid Aug I'll be moving in with Jozie into a sweet appartment near union and S 19. Though if I get the job at the prison I will still take it, it will pay more and then I will use my degree. It doesnt feel like I really have this yet, it makes me feel that they're teasing me and any moment they will say Ha just kidding!
