Hollister Sux Ass

Well I was finally starting to like my job. The new MIT is cool and laid back, I'm finally doing a consistantly good job, and I know what I'm doing. Well yesturday I was sooo hung over at work. I got 5 hours of sleep so I was a little cranky anyways. But I was talking with Carrie about who we could get to replace the jean specialest who've quit. I suggested Aubrey, she does a fantastic job selling the jeans, is really confident, already sells the jeans, we never have to push her to do it, and is cute as a button. She's an artistic, soccer player, redhead who is one of hte most mature 17 yearolds ive ever met. Carrie started saying NOOOOOOOOoo, not Aubrey, you'd never get that past Dave, she doesnt look Hollister enough. I was furious, here we have a girl who actually does her job, shows up to all her shifts, never calls in, never no shows, knows more about the jeans then the jeans specialest do! I was so angry that she's not a jean specialist when Kelsy is and Kelsy knows nothing about the jeans, is rude to fellow employees, customers and the new managers. THis girl wouldnt speak to me at first because she heard from someone I didnt drink, and when she found out I did then she could talk to me. I do not want to work for a company that does not reward the good hard workers, but considers job performance on looks a lone. So today I went to the Purdy womens prison where I worked last summer and it looks like one way or another I'm going to get a job there. Everyone remembered me from last summer and was oh yeah we need to get you a job, there are some openings coming up soon! I'll probably be applying counseling for jobs. Theres a behavior coumselor job opening up soon. That would be nice to actually use my degree and make more money then I do now. Dave the district manager yelled at Carrie and I because one of our best brand reps quit to make 20 bux an hour. He doesnt realize that by actually being an ok guy and not a fuckng jerk that everyone hates may keep his employees... If and when I get a job at the prison, I'm out!
